Stayed for just one night - very pleasantly surprised by the place. Excellent service, good rooms, breakfast was included and all at a very reasonable rate. I stayed at the New Tagawa Hotel for two nights for business. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but small. Small rooms are common in Japan. The western style breakfast was good. Front desk staff spoke English. Free internet, but no English television. At $100.00 USD per night with breakfast a good value in Japan where hotels and everything else...
