The Spa that is part of this hotel had no customers and no appointments when I walked in. I got the absolute worst massage ever, horribly painful and non-stop torture. Massuese would not lighten up, even when I screamed in pain. Surpirsed hotel desk could not hear me screaming. Day after, my back feels as though I have been in... More

StayEd here as suggested by the wedding party. Hotel honored wedding rate at last minute. Pleasantly surprised by the koi pond in the entry & the overall cleanliness & decor. The beds were triple sheeted (nice) & the rooms had really cute tufted chairs by each bed. The issue is, there was a bday party in the adjacent room &... More

We have stayed at the Medallion several times and have never had a complaint. Always found it friendly, clean and great value for money. Unfortunately our latest stay was very upsetting when we found a bug in one of the beds. We reported it to the reception, who seemed shocked but not overly concerned.there was no manager on duty at the time,the... More

Great Hotel, staff very friendly. Breakfast in the morning was great. Used the free shuttle service to the Angel of the Winds Casino. Overall it was a great Weekend there. Will be staying there again soon

I stayed here for over two weeks while my house was having some repair work done. I had a room with a full refrigerator, microwave, all kitchen items you need for cooking. Everything was so clean which is very important to me. The staff was great and the house keeping were so pleasant. I did not want my room cleaned... More

Though some time has passed since I stayed here, it was an excellent place to stay. I was celebrating my 50th birthday and planned an overnight party. In the planning stage I physically went to several area hotels to view the rooms before making my decision. One of these hotels was the Tulalip Casino resort. Though I visited there during... More

Stayed overnight in the Medallion on a Saturday. The rooms are a decent size, well-equipped, bathrooms are well-stocked- better than many hotels- the towels, soaps, etc. The breakfast buffet is one flash of better than average- a good stock and variety of food available. Corridors seem dreary and dark. The parking lot and grounds away from the main entrance need... More

This is the second time we've gone as a family to the Medallion. Each time we booked online with Expedia and each time Expedia tells them we need a single king room even though we say we are booking for two adults and two children. And, each time the reception staff figure it out and get us into the right... More

I have stayed here several times on business, and it is a great value for the money, comfortable beds, fridge in room, good toiletries. Full breakfast every day is good, and the wi fi works well in every room I've stayed in. Have not used the work out room or pool, but do plan on it when I stay there... More
