Although not much view from room (street below) this was only real negative. Very clean, lovely room with very comfortable bed. Had breakfast twice and although we reckoned it was bit pricey we got our moneys worth as it was a buffet. I would like to thank Ranjin at the front desk for going above and beyond in customer service. We had troubles with reservations and bookings and he made sure everything was resolved, none of which was his fault, but wanted to go out of his way to serve us. Expect wonderful service from this hotel. Thank you very much.

Stayed for a night before taking an early flight out of DCA. Easy access to Metro. Nice rooms but concierge wasn't helpful in guiding us to family friendly Italian restaurant. Very easy to get to Reagan.

Typical Sheraton Hotel, rooms comfortable, clean and with all necessary amenities. Close access to Metro and Crystal City shops/restaurants is a positive. Only complaint was that breakfast was consistantly cold for all three days that we stayed there.
