We were in DC visiting family; this hotel was close to family & only about 2 blocks from a Metro stop. The staff was friendly/helpful, the room was very spacious. We 'missed' having the complimentary breakfast that is offered at other Hilton facilities.

I was there on business and was treated like a VIP the entire time! My room was always clean/fresh, internet was always working, staff was friendly and helpful. I used the fitness center during my stay and it was immaculate. I also utilized the business center and had all my paperwork done so quickly because of that.

The hotel deserves 4 stars. Rooms were large and roomy, clean, well designed and the hotel offered Wi-Fi, a good restaraunt, and an exercise gym. The staff went out of their way to help and were always friendly. The location has several reasonably priced cafes and restaurants just outside the hotel and the subway is a 2 minute walk.

It was a good stay. I had two problems (Garage didn't open and tub didn't drain) that I reported to the front desk. Tub was resolved the other was not.
