We recently booked a stay at this facility and really enjoyed the property. Staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The facilities were clean, tidy, and comfortable. We were really impressed by the hotel management and how friendly they were. We felt right at home!

I found that I was unable to arrive in Abingdon in time to keep my reservation which should have been cancelled the previous day in order not to be charged. Management worked with me to find an equitable solution.

The adjoining rooms with a king in one room and two queens in the other was the perfect fit for our family. The rooms were clean and spacious with a dorm sized refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave. The kids loved the pool area and we had it all to ourselves. I recently had to cancel our reservation on the same day as our arrival due to our daughter being hospitalized. Upon explaining this to the hotel manager he offered to refund our enire reservation amount! I thought this to be very generous and we look forward to rebooking this hotel in May to complete our business in this area.
