Tough to walk from here anywhere but is a short car ride to lots of places. Two young guys came in at 2 a.m. and created lots of noise for an hour but the street noise wasn't bad once we were inside. Bed was comfortable and the refrigerator worked fine. Nothing fancy but a good price.

I stayed here during a conference. Definitely easier to take cabs back and forth between downtown and the motel. Very loud on weekend nights because of the walkway outside of rooms.
