The property is easy to access off I-35 and is near the UT Bass Hall. The Daybreak continental breakfast is not very sumptuous and features no hot items and had no fruit this trip. The night latch on our room did not engage and I couldn't connect to their Wi-Fi. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I stayed here because it was the only place I could afford for the comedy festival. If I'd been able to plan enough in advance or had a higher budget, I would have stayed somewhere else and would recommend anyone else do the same. We arrived early and they did not have any rooms ready yet.i told the clerk we had driven all night and he went out and talked to a maid.They got us a room in about 15 minutes.The room was reasonable and close to downtown.Cabs come by all the time so it is easy to get places if you are drinking.We...
