I have been living here for nine months. The staff is Wonderful! They have made me feel welcome. I have been very comfortable. The maintenance staff have been very responsive. I recommend this hotel for long or short visits. Several restaurants and a gym within easy walking distance.

The staff at the Homestead Aboretum South location have always gone above and beyond to insure customer satisfaction. I have witnessed numerous occasions where the staff went out of their way to bring comfort and satisfaction to their residents and prospective residents.

I have been here for months.Staff and mgnt.have went above and beyond to assure my stay here is extremely pleasant.All questions answered,any issues resolved.The hotel is well maintained,both interior and exterior.I could not have made a better choice.I encourage anyone that decides to come to austin for a lengthy stay check out the homestead suites,austin/arboretium
