Beautiful lakeview room. Excellent late dinner at Trio with an attentive waitstaff. Clean room. Prompt auto valet. Courteous, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Perfect location for our activities in Austin. What more can I say?

We do not usually stay in "luxury" hotels as we do not have occasion to take advantage of the facilities. Everything we observed seemed first-class. The location was excellent, easy walking access to downtown and to the walk along the river. Service was flawless.

Stayed two nights over a weekend on a business trip. Spa, restaurant and pool facilities all first rate. Staff univerally helpful, friendly and efficient. Location is excellent both for busienss locations and for recreational activities as well as the bat watching. Would definitely recommend.
