The hospitality could not have been better. I traveled with my 85 year old mother and we stayed in the bungalow. This gave both of us adequate space and separate sleeping quarters. I loved the use of the covered outside patio as well. Eric and Liz were wonderful. The weekend breakfast was very good and fresh. I will be returning...

We enjoyed Adams House, located centrally it gave us a great base in a quiet neighborhood to explore Austin.
The room was comfortable but the creaking floors made us a little self-conscious when moving around on or off the bed.
Breakfast was great, and got our days off to the right start.
Liz had some great insights into the local...

We stayed in Austin for 5 days which, with Eric's help, gave us time to get to know this fun city. The neighborhood of Hyde Park was an excellent jumping off point with easy public transportation close by.
The B & B itself was just perfect....relaxed, homey, and friendly. Eric's breakfasts started the day off perfectly and our room was...

Liz and Eric are great innkeepers, very helpful and friendly. The house is located in a very nice neighborhood, close to public transportation, good restaurants, cafes and a bakery. I spent 9 days there and did not miss my own house. I recommend it!
Hyde Park is a wonderful neighborhood-very quaint. Within a couple of blocks walking distance of the B&B are several restaurants and a coffee shop. Good location, quiet area. Liz & Eric were the best hosts who were more than willing to share recommendations for food, music, etc. The bed & breakfast itself couldn't have been better with a nice breakfast...

My wife and I are extensive travelers and look for B&B's as our first alternative. We have stayed in many over the years and this one is excellent. The area is excellent as it is a say 2-3 miles from U of Texas, and in a very quiet neighborhood. Within two blocks are several restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. They...

We were very happy with our room at Adams B&B. It actually was two rooms - a beautiful bedroom and a great private big front enclosed porch. The bathroom had two sinks - how nice - and the bed was high and so comfortable. The breakfasts were delicious - buffet style with wonderful homemade granola and muffins and local sausage,...

We are from Australia and stayed in the William T Adams suite with our teenage son on our b&b roadtrip fromTucson to Orlando. Eric and Liz are fantastic people who "do it just right" to make guests feel very comfortable. And, after driving for ten hours from Terlingua ghost town to lay down on the BEST BED ever was a...

We visited Austin for the first time (we are from the San Francisco Bay Area). We loved, loved, loved the City. So much to do. So very affordable. We particularly loved our stay at Adams House. Really nice, helpful proprietors. Lovely breakfasts. Great accommodations. Can't recommend it enough. We will definitely return (and bring a bunch of friends along).
