Hyatt Place Arboretum is a comfortable hotel with nice inviting lobby. Rooms are large with nice lounger sofa, comfortable king size bed and huge TV with good spread of channels. Sure, the Hyatt Place Arboretum has many of the basics: running water, nice big TV, fresh towels, AC + heat, peasing decor... all the stuff you'd expect from a modern hotel.
