two ladies that were front desk were rude and not friendly. The gentlemen that worked there was real friendly and polite.

We needed a cheap place to stay for one night and this was the cheapest in aransas pass it was good. Beds were a little stiff but for the price it was great..they even had free breakfast in the morning (nothing fancy) but it was good.

This place was clean, comfortable and the staff was very nice. I've stayed here several times while on fishing trips. Stayed three nights and it is perfect for what I was looking for. It is close to places to eat, grocery store, gas station, and every thing I needed. I would stay again.
