This is the second time we have had the pleasure to stay here, the front desk people are so wonderful and helpful, they upgrade our room every time because we are Elite diamond and that is so nice. BEST HOTEL IN AMARILLO.

The employees are wonderful and eager to help. However the rooms are badly in need of renovation. This hotel has strong competition in the area - maybe 20 other places within 1 mile. Next time I'll go to one of those.

First time staying at this hotel.The room was large and clean. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was real good, no small meal, eggs waffels bacon, there was a lot to eat. The outside was well kept. The staff was very friendly ans accomading.

Last time I will stay at this location. Didn't notice how dirty the carpet was till the next morning when opeing the curtins. Moths flying around in the wardrobe cabnit as well. First time staying at this hotel. Will not stay here again. Beds were hard, tub was dirty, shower curtain mildewed, screw that hold toilet seat to toilet were nasty. The mirror over the sink was peeling along the bottom and internet connection didn't work. Sorry, but we won't stay here again.
