The rooms in this motel are disgusting and depressingly outdated, there was mildew in the bathroom, poor quality beds which we tried to overlook but the issues continues. The sheets don't fit the mattresses, the power button on the television was pushed into the tv set, and the hair dryer didn't work. We noticed that on the key card holder... More

My husband and I stayed here for 1 night on our road trip of Route 66. We checked in went to our room which was nice then went out to dinner. Whilst out storms started, we got back to the hotel which had lost power along with the whole street! During the night the tornado alarm went off, being from... More

I am elated to hear that you enjoyed your stay here at Red Roof Inn! It sure was a crazy night, and i'm glad you felt safe while the storm was out. The electricity ended up coming back the next morning, but I am happy that you were still satisfied with your experience. Come by again soon! General Manager More

Clean comfortable room at a reasonable price. Coffee available 24 hours in the lobby. A good breakfast but is all high carbohydrate items (waffles, syrup, sugar-laced instant oatmeal, pastries, biscuits, gravy, juice, sugar-coated cold cereal, etc.). No high protein food available (boiled/scrambled eggs, sausage, etc.). Decaf coffee available upon request. I would stay there again.

This was our first stop on a 22 day road trip through the western states. after a drive of 8 + hrs we spent the night here. You won't go wrong at this hotel, we were more then pleased. They offer a free breakfast and free Wi-Fi and it was very close to shopping.

Although the night front desk help was very accommodating, the morning person was the complete opposite. Could not even look up to respond to a need we were addressing. The room was clean .. but smelled very strongly of smoke although it was supposedly non-smoking. The door did not seem to provide much security. There were people up partying all... More

Thank you for taking your valuable time to write a review. We attempt to give every customer a five-star experience, and are very sorry that you received less. I'll look over the room scent, and make sure this doesn't happen again. The door security will most likely be renovated soon. As for the social difficulties, I am truly sorry for... More

Friendly staff and an affordable room made this a good place to stay for a night in Amarillo. We like that they're dog-friendly too. A convenient location off the highway and a continental breakfast that's included - although the coffee was really weak the morning I was there. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again the next time we're passing through... More

This use to be The Magnusum. It has changed names. Going west on I-40. Exit I-40 & Ross. Go back under I-40. Take frontage road. Right next to Harbor Freight. We have stayed here numerous times. It is always clean & the people are mighty friendly. In the winter, we suggest you do not get a north facing room. It... More

We needed a place in Amarillo and I was torn about reserving b/c of the mixed reviews. But I called ahead and the person at the hotel was very friendly and helpful.
