We stayed at Super 8 on our way through Amarillo. The staff at check in were friendly. The rooms were comfortable but little loud due to room facing highway. Room were clean but older hotel in need of some major tlc. Breakfast was not the full continental breakfast.

For the price it does the job. That said the hotel is somewhat rundown and really badly in need of an update. The room was clean enough but it too had a yucky feel. Perfect for business travel not so much for vacation travel. Within walking distance to Waffle House.

I been staying at this property for many years, its being wonderful, frontdesk are friendly, its not a 5 stars hotel just keep in mind this is a motel, but very convenient specially for me being a truck driver, like the fact this property has big truck parking, quiet, & clean. Love the coffee.

In my opinion, a king bed with furnishings needs a larger room for moving around.
