We stayed at this hotel during Spring Break. It was wonderful. The kids loved the indoor pool. The outdoor hottub looked forest green so we didnt attempt to go into it. Other than that, Everything was exceptional. We liked having a new room and automated thermostat you could control.

Stayed for two nights and was very comfortable here. My husband was flying in to the Alcoa airport and it is literally across the street. The shuttle even picked him up for me. We basically only slept and showered here, so not sure about the other stuff. Lots of restaurants nearby. Could hear room noise from above.

Working in Alcoa for eight weeks and moved here from Hampton Inn. Accomodations are beautiful and the staff is top notch, The hotel is clean, breakfast has eggs to order and a nice selection of hot/cold food. Would recommend this property to any business traveler.

I was frustrated before even seeing the hotel, due to it's hard to find location. If you are coming from the north down Alcoa Hwy, you don't see the hotel at all. Seemed to be recently updated. Tucked away in a relatively quiet spot in an extremely busy area near the airport. Stayed one night on business and found the whole place to be quiet and relaxing. It is simply unacceptable, however, for a three star hotel not to have flat-panel LCD sets in all rooms.

All the bed linens stink and management will not replace. Poor heating and cooling system. Cheapest Courtyard I have ever been in.
