Our host, Dave, was very friendly and accommodating. Our room wasn't fancy, but comfortable and clean. Breakfasts were great, especially the apple fritter bread French toast. There is a cat on the premises but it was well behaved and didn't bother us at all. We'll definitely return again when we come back for the races.

David was very nice and accommodating. Yes, there was a cat there but the cat was friendly and independent. There was no odor in the house, the room was nice, comfortable and clean, as was the rest of the house. I'd definitely stay there again.

The internet photos posted online do not reflect the sad state of this B&B. There is an abondoned hot tub in the front yard and Christmas decorations piled at the front door (6months after the holidays).
