My sister and I stay in the Rose Room (top floor) in the main house every year during Adamstown's Spring Extravaganza for a 3-day weekend of antiquing and flea marketing. This year was our 4th year and we plan on coming back for as long as this charming farmhouse is still operating. Deb is terriffic and she has always greeted... More

Maybe we hit a bad time to stay but we had planned an overnight in one of the rooms in the B&B. When we arrived which took 3 rings of the bell while standing out in the cold for the owner to welcome us. We were then told that she had to work her part time job the next day... More

We stayed 4 nights in the cottage while visiting antique shops, flea markets, and historic sites in the area. We're from the west coast, so it is a real treat for us to stay on a homestead that is older than any of the buildings at home. The farm is so beautiful! I enjoyed sitting on the porch of the... Upon arrival we were greeted by Debra. The check-in was quick, then she gave us a nice tour of the B&B. We stayed in the Horseman room, it was bigger than expected. It was very clean. The bed was comfortable and the fireplace was a nice touch. Being a smaller B&B it was very quite we didn't hear anyone else... More

We were planning a trip to Adamstown the Antique's capitol to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary. After checking Tripadvisor we made our reservation to stay in the little cottage that is on the property. Upon our arrival Deb greeted us and welcomend in her home. Deb is a lovely person and wants to ensure that you are comfortable and... More

This is a very nice place. It's beautifully furnished, and very comfortable. We're going to return this summer for a longer stay, when we can sit on the porch and enjoy the rural setting. Don't miss having a meal at nearby Stoudt's, which makes some of the best beer I've ever had. Both the B&B and the brewpub are highly... More

We just returned from a two night stay in a cozy cottage at Living Spring Farm Bed and Breakfast. We loved the cottage which was beautifully decorated with antiques. It was very large and roomy. My husband and I found it so easy to relax here. We live in Brooklyn, New York, so we especially enjoyed all the scenery. We... More
