Beautiful spa, worst spa experience in my life in the world of travel. My eyebows are now 2 different lengths and they were not allowed to tint them as I had requested. I also had a bad hair experience. I will never go back to the spa again. This is the worst spa experince I have ever had.

I stayed here with my family July 2011. The staff is amazing. They can't do enough for you. The surrounding are lovely--looking out at nature w/ glass everywhere. We enjoyed the afternoon tea-- and the breakfast with wonderful hot chocolate. The room was so interesting and different but completely 5 stars in quality! It was relaxing and perfect!
