As is mentioned in other reviews, the view from many windows is of the junkyard about 10 feet away. Coffee is watered down, not worth drinking it. To top it all off, they were resurfacing the parking lot and the manager said they didn't have room for us to park in a safe spot. Never will go back here.

This hotel is immaculately clean. The carpet is new throughout. The bed we slept in was firm. Is this a luxury hotel? No. It is frugally run. The towels are functional but not plush. Ditto the pillows. But it is well run and the husband and wife team that run it take pride in their hotel. I would be comfortable... More

I stayed here for Moms weekend 2013....The LAST room in Athens. I was pleasantly surprised. I've stayed in several hotels in the area because we have a student at OU. Yes it smelled like smoke but was clean and much better than other hotels in the area.

I booked this hotel because I needed a room to sleep in for one night. All the hotels were booked in every town anywhere nearby. There were many events in town that weekend. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Breakfast left a little to be desired. Convenient to highway.
