Hotel Gulec has a good location, walking distance from waterfront and historic sites, but yet you don't have to hear all the action from the town center. Staff was helpful and always there ready to help. Room and bathroom are quite small, but then again we didn't have to spend much time in there, and it was good value for... More

Hotel Gulec has nothing special as hotel, it's simple but comfortable. It's in a good position to go to Bodrum city centre, services are normal (wi-fi, "parking", etc). But something that is very important is the high kindness of all the persons you find in the hotel! They were totally friendly with us, always ready to help you even beyond... More

We spent 5 days in Bodrum in May. Hotel Gulec was a very nice place to stay in a great location close to the waterfront, historic sites, restaurants, the.Saturday produce market (which we saw and liked), and the Tuesday textile market (which we did not see), The photos on the hotel's website do not do the place justice and we... Small hotel with wonderful garden. The rooms are very basic and the bathroom extremely small. Breakfast the same every day and not great. The location is very good, just 5 minutes walk from seaside.. Mehmet willing to help you with all.

Had a fantastic stay at geluc. The breakfast in the garden was what made this exceptional! Rooms were clean and bright, great hot water and water pressure. Owner was helpful. Only glitch was that one night the wifi stopped working and the young man at the desk spoke no English and didn't seem to try to resolve the problem. This... More

The Hotel is only blocks from the bus station. An easy walk. It is also just blocks away from the main shopping street and beach area of the city. The facility is clean and the owners is friendly and helpful. Breakfast comes with the stay, typical Turkish breakfast in a lovely garden setting. The owner went out of his way... More

This is a good, clean hotel in the less-than-charming Bodrum. We spent one night here before boarding our yacht cruise - and one night in touristy Bodrum is enough. The hotel lacks charm but the room was clean and basic. The courtyard is a lovely retreat from the nearby tourist crowds shopping and on the beach. The staff behind the... More

I can't say better things about this quaint and charming hotel, as well as for the town of Bodrum. The breakfasts were amazing and location was ideal. The staff recommended delicious restaurants and was geniunely helpful. The hotel was incredibly clean. I loved that the rooms didn't have TVs; I could truly disconnect and relax. It was the perfect retreat;... More

Small Hotel with a nice and cozy courtyard / garden in a quiet side street in Bodrum. Location is very good since it is only less than 100 m to the beach and 5 minutes by taxi to the Bus station. Very basic but clean rooms. Mattresses are a bit hard and they will need to upgrade their paper thin... More

We spent 3 days in this hotel. This small bed and breakfast has a delightful open courtyard enclosed-- with flowering trees, vines, a garden and patio area where they serve breakfast. It was a lovely respite after spending a wonderful but chaotic 6 days in Istanbul. The proprietor was a bit gruff but I was able to use the computer... More
