The Manastir Hotel and Suites has one of the best views in the town. Its overlooks the harbour and the castle and has a gorgeous view of the sunset. Thats where the good points end. Yes it has a lovely view but the rest of the hotel is not so lovely. First of all, you're supposed to climb a rapid hill or stairs to reach the hotel and once you've reached there by foot, you don't have no strenght left to go down to the city center again. Very pretty and interesting hotel located on quite steep hillside overlooking Bodrum. Helpful and friendly staff. Some rooms have private sheltered balconies. West facing so well situated for contemplating the setting sun over the hills surrounding Bodrum. Whist it is a shortish walk to Bodrum centre there is a short but steep hill to negotiate.

The view is great as expressed by other reviewers. Also the room had all the amenities that I expected, although wy wife missed her bath lay in.
