We stayed for 2 weeks room was cleaned once we had to use towels as covers n our room dint lock reported it but no one came to repair it it's in a great location pools great n staff try there best

What we look for more than quality with my partner is service, and we had 3 gentlemen that tried to help us out the best way they could the whole 2 weeks. Sure we had some problems but I've seen much much worse eg: Spain trips (NİGHTMARE!!)

I'd agree with the negative comments below if this were a hotel but its NOT. I didn't have a problem with the service or anything else during our stay because at these prices you couldn't expect anything more. I think the chaps are doing their best under the circumstances. Will be back.
