Had the longest stay in a hotel at Fersal.I love the fact that they consistently clean the rooms everyday and change the beddings and towels. Nice location too. It is near the Heart Center, McDonalds, BPI, Quezon City Hall and Quezon Memorial Circle. I had wonderful memories here and super fun socials where the hotel provided the cocktails.

Okey, the rooms are comfortable, air conditioning reasonably cool but a bit noisy. Toilet is very clean. I have an issue with the breakfast, the pancakes are a bit rubbery. The drainage stopper in the sink in Room 205 would not unclog. The lever neither pulled or pushed. I almost injured myself - the lever was sharp metal - attempting to drain the water. Nothing to shout about but it's reasonably clean, with clean sheets, working air-con though a bit noisy, with free wi-fi and good service staff. Good breakfast selection though a bit slow because its cooked fresh. A bit out of the way but with excellent selection of local and international restaurants nearby including McDs, Starbucks and Shakeys.

Probably the best thing about the hotel is that the staff are friendly and helpful. I stayed here to be close to a family member having a medical procedure performed at NKTI. You can do the 10-15 minute walk, but I preferred the 50 Peso cab ride to NKTI, especially on warm days.
