Stayed in room 1203 for 3 days. Window overlooks US Embassy diagonally across street from hotel. Got a Studio Standard via agoda for 33 EUR. The best of the hotel is the lobby, which looks ok. The room looks just like it is: minimum 20 years old. We stayed 3 nights. I wouldn't say it was bad. but, you don't get what you expect. Comparing to other hotels in Manila this would be great. Great value I should mention. Good for quick stay.
