I stayed here for over one week. As other reviewers have noted, it's an older hotel. That doesn't really bother me because the rooms were very clean and decently stocked. For the price, I would rate my stay as average. Pros: Location is short walking distance from the American Embassy, Manila Bay, and Old Manila Starbucks, Chow King, and 7... More

delicious free Filipino breakast buffet. Kudos to the Chef! Hospitable staff... You could not feel any safer as the hotel is right across from the American Embassy! A great place to stay if you are tight on schedule as it is a short cab ride to Old Manila, Chinatown, Malate Church and the original Aristocrat. And the Aquarium... not to... More

It was my first time to actually stay in Manila-you do need a Fillipino friend as a guide to get the best of Manila. I could not have chosen a better Hotel or location. The Bayview Park deserves another Star.Excellent staff throughout especially in the resturaunt. Food was beautifully prepaired, plentiful, and delicious. Again the location so close to Rizal Park for... More

We checked in this hotel for a overnight stay due to its proximity to the US Embassy. The room was larger than expected for a party of three, we had a queen size and a single bed. What I like about this room is that the closet was connected to the bathroom. You could immediately change your clothes after a... More

When I asked for an extra towel for my 3 yr old daughter, I was so shocked when the staff said that there is a charge of P100. Then later on, we requested for a plate then they said another charge of P25 each cuttlery. As a frequent traveller, this was the worst and the most ridiculous policy in the... More

Stayed here for 5 nights in early May 2012 to attend a wedding Hotel rooms were decent as well as staff. Buffet breakfast was very limited and often was waiting for the food to be changed over when it ran out which was a bit frustrating as staff should be keeping an eye out on the food. This place is... The hotel is located on the very busy street of Roxas Blvd. Panhandlers and homeless men, women, and children riddle the streets. Crossing Roxas can be extremely dangerous since hundreds of vehicles pass at each light and none care to notice your presence. There's an awful seafood restaurant across the street that they send everyone to. Don't do it. The... More

Not much to say about this place. Nothing wrong with it, but also not memorable at all. The location is good, although I prefer Makati. It's on Roxas Boulevard, and (our room at least) overlooked Manila Bay. While walking over Roxas Blvd one cannot see the sea though, because they built a wall after a big typhoon. The hotel is... booked this hotel due to its proximity to the US embassy which is right across the street. The hotel needs a total overhaul from the floor up. The bathroom design from the door to the the toilet bowl looks like from the 60's or 70's. The pillows and bed are hard. they have this ridiculous policy of not allowing guests... More
