Indeed the hotel is noisy... But we are in Manila which is a very busy city. But once the air conditioning is running you will not hear the noise from the street. Rooms are clean and decoration is enjoyable. Service is acceptable for the price. The drawback is regarding the location where customers were coming to enjoy time with "Girlfriend"
