The rooms were nice and I got a good view from my window of the sea front. The hotel is located right around the corner from Robinson's Mall so if you have to get some shopping done, then you can just walk around the corner. The restaurant is fairly average. The breakfasts offer a good selection, but the few things... More

Stayed in this modern and clean hotel our last 5 nights in the Philippines; was part of a WWII history tour and selected by our guide. Deluxe room w/ 2 beds; 8th floor no view . Not big and fancy but compared with lodging in the provinces, this was a slice of heaven because of the conveniences (decor, good lighting,... More

The location is good, however the hotel is on a street which many taxi drivers do not know - we ended up requesting a map from reception (which they happily provided) so we could point to the exact location when we needed to get back to the hotel. The rooms look a little old, but are clean and spacious. The... More

We arrived late after a long journey. They gave us a room on the 8th floor. The room and the bathroom are comfortable and clean. They have an old airco that is a bit noisy but works! The location is good in the center. Would book again.

Well located in Malate, quite close to the giant Robinsons Mall. Had no concerns re safety of the area, but was always alert. Found the non-smoking Executive rooms to be comfortable and spacious. All staff, particularly reception, housekeeping and breakfast room staff (of which there were heaps - probably too many trying to be too helpful) were very courteous, attentive... More

I have stayed several times and my experieces have gotten worse so I will no longer stay here. The first time was very pleasant while the next had its share of inconveniences. The third was the last with an unforgettable memory. My wife had morning sickness and asked for complimentary bottled water on the mini bar. I gave her one... More

The positive thing I can say about the hotel is staff are polite , attentive and helpful. The hotel is situated right in the centre of Ermita. Casinos, clubs, massage centre and the "other" stuff. Hotel has affiliated taxi that would give you the confidence that they will bring you to the right place. But NO! Brought us to the... More

Stayed here 3 nights, it's location is a problem with the traffic congestion in metro Manila. It takes ages to get anywhere...even a short journey to the nearby CCP took almost 30 minutes...and Tge distance was about 3 miles. The staff were very helpful when I needed to print a boarding pass for my next flight. The breakfast was typical... More
