unfortunately, i have to rank this the worse hotel we've ever stayed in. since a new management took over just a year ago, everything just went downhill. in 2009, the staff were so great in providing service to us and that's to include the free breakfast, but since a couple of the owners start watching all the staffs movement, the... We spent a week here and were very happy. The hotel looked like the pictures on the website and rooms were clean and quite spacious. It is quite charming. We received good service here and found the hotel staff really friendly and helpful. We found the location very handy as we like to walk around cities and explore. We were... More

We loved it. The friendliness of the staff and the style of this otherwise private house made it look like were were guests at a friends place. Room was comfortable and spacious. All in order for being the perfect base to explore Manila. Excellent value for money.

A no-frills budget hotel inside Malate, near Malate Catholic School. It takes about a 15-minute walk to Robinsons Mall. If you're scared of your surroundings, take a short ride to a cab which is many in that area. Rooms have queen-sized beds, a/c, lots of old cabinets (don't know why) and cable TV (lots of channels by the way). No... More

the hotel is not in the busy area of Malate. It's owned by an American and Filipina Married couple. Had the chance to meet and talk to them during our stay. It was a very cozy hotel. The staff was very nice. It feels like you're just at home. a very short walk going to the Malate church and the... More

I booked this hotel for an overnight, arrived at past midnight. If only I am not so tired to look for another hotel, i would've done it since i saw cockroaches everywhere especially in hallway and lobby. Some are dead but some are walking around the walls and floor of the hotel (yuck). The receptionist is unprofessional and very rude.... More
