“Don't bother reserving a room in Toilena because they will just cancel it!!!”

Do not stay at Toilena or even bother reserving a room from them. I reserved a room 3 weeks in advance. When I called a day before my scheduled stay (I was suppose to ask regarding breakfast), the operator said that they cancelled my reservation because I didn't confirmed my schedule? What the heck! The staffs are OK, but they were really noisy. Laughing, talking in the early morning, and loud songs came out of nowhere at maybe 7AM. The moment I went in my room, I was terrified. And every moment I think about of the room and the ridiculous review saying it was "a hidden gem", I still feel terrible and angry.... More

This place is definitely a value for money. I was looking around for a backpacker hostel and i found this place.
