Well, the staff were fine with me. However, I had booked this hotel for the understanding that it had 'free wi-fi in the rooms'. My room adn a friend's did not have wi-fi. wi-fi connection was in the lobby where there is only one seat!! Thisis important to note. My room had a partition into another adjoining room so could... Now i booked for the standard room, since i am only going to spend less than 12 hours in the Bukit bintang area because i arrived very late. Supprisingly its very small, but since its only for a while, so i dont mind. The budget that i spend is also not very high. The food and the neighbourhood as usual... More

When first opened it was ok. Now the place is depressingly very grubby. No basic maintainence is carried out, lights, (burnt) shower heads,(broken) plumbing ( WC constantly filling) etc. No TV remote controls available at reception (how complacent is that ? ) The internet connection in the reception area was rubbish. Never again.

Replica Inn is very accessible as it is very near malls, cafe, bars, restos/fastfood, banks, internet cafe, convenience stores and the Monorail. I was just disappointed when I saw the actual rooms. It was a lot different from the online pics. The first room that we got had a leak and was not tidy so we requested for another room.... More

Replica Inn, is always my favourite place to stay. It's at Bukit Bintang, I always have Deluxe Room to stay in. The Manager will always entertain me with the reservation directly and very helpful. Though, the window you can't see a thing it is, comfortable for me as i like to go about the nearby shopping centre, like Lot 10,... More

I made a mistake by booking the cheapest room (standard). Turned out it was so small, me & my friend can't barely move and put our luggages in. That's the only disappointment we had. Other than that, the service is quite efficient (typical budget hotel), room is very clean. Breakfast is not included, but in the morning, there are street... More

We took tripple occupancy, the room was nice. This was my forth time at this hotel, and i found it very interesting. Mostly is due to location. Crowded streets just in front of the hotel, especially during saturday night. Food almost 24 hours. Shopping malls just 100 meters. It offers single, double, tripple and even for family occupancy.

We arrived really early and requested for early check in, the front desk staff said this was not possible yet I stated in my reservation that I am requesting for one. Since we were dead tired to argue we settled for paying for one night stay though for a few more hours our reservation starts. She gave us a room... More
