it is near to Masjid Jamek close to Metro Train, Departmental stores, shopping area and has a restaurant on the first floor itself. Rooms are spacious and most rooms have windows as well. Lift, water dispensers at every floor, ironing facilities as well.

Tourist spots and shopping malls are very close to the hotel. I would specially recommend it to vegetarian Indians who will have restaurant options nearby. Rooms are clean, bathrooms are fine. The only problem there is the flush which needs to be technically upgraded. (We had to press flush 3-4 times everytime to make it work.) Reception is co-operative and... More

The hotel is located in the centre of city, few shopping mall such as SOGO(walking distance) and Semua Mall(next to it) Rows of shops specially clothing stores and local food stall. The place is mostly full for local visitors because of the reasonable price. Do not expect much since I came for business trip. But the room is clean and... More

Unfortunately, we have to confirm the other reviewers comments. We booked 2x 1 night at this hotel since we were backpacking around KL. Staff was unfriendly and unresponsive; We had no electricity during the first night. We never had hot water. Breakfast was poor. We stayed there during the weekend, not knowing that there was a noisy evening market in... More

It can be hard to get a room in KL at the weekend, but do not fall for this horrific hotel. My room had a great view and only some damage to the ceiling -- acceptable -- but there was no water on my second morning. The excuse was that "the hotel is full." I asked to use anothre room... More
