Very very poorly maintained. Needs immediate renovation. We stayed in a 2 bedroom. We booked it through RCI. I dont know why RCI is having tie up with such worst maintained hotes/resorts. Such a stinky room filled with mosquito s. Air conditioners were not working. Very disappointing place to stay

I was here way back in 1997.It was really an Executive apartments back then.And now,the moment i stepped into the room i was shocked.Everythg,almost necer change.The sofa was old.Carpet tainted.And for goodness sake..they still using the OLD kinda tv.No lcd etc. pool was dirty.Toilet yucks. The place was a bit of a let down. Very worn out, tired and shabby. The sofa was broken. The kitchen didn't look like it was kept clean at all. This place needs refurbishing very badly! Toilets have brown stains everywhere. Master room air cond leaking and not cold. Sofa bed broken. Light bulbs fused. Housekeeping don't do a good job. However, this place has an ok pool and live penguins near the pool. Ok place for family and children. Good location but needs refurbishing and maintaining badly!
