Stayed for 6 days. Rooms were clean and comfortable, lobby was fairly big, and pool was sparkling. Great location right in the city with nearby access to Monorail, Train and KLCC. The Novotel hotel is very centrally located and within walking distance of the towers and the surrounding shopping.We stayed in a junior suite which was very spacious and on the 24th Floor.We were entitled to breakfast and afternoon drinks on the 28th floor in the executive Lounge.The staff there were very accommodating and extremely helpful.We would readily Recommend this hotel.

it's very convenience and good location for family, especial bring young children and old age people. just a walking distance to a Hakka restaurant just behind of hotel and shopping mall(locations like the bintang walk, the Pavilion mall etc). opposite have a 7 eleven store. (front desk service) reception counter worker is friendly and helpful.

Great location, but the furniture was not well maintained, there were ants in the bathroom and tea bar, the towels looked tired and old. I expected a lot better. Ah, the breakfast was included and good.

Arrived here at 6am after a long overnight flight and pleasantly surprised to be given a room straightaway. The hotel's location is great, just opposite the road from the Pavillion shopping centre (plenty of bars and shopping), and a short walk to Bukit Bintang (love the Lot 10 food court!).
