What an amazing hotel. We loved staying at this hotel, especially as it was a little bit of luxury at a very reasonable price after a month travelling through Vietnam. The rooms are large, well appointed and immaculately clean. We found the staff to be incredibly friendly and helpful and if you were so inclined you could spend your stay... More

I loved staying at this hotel. The rooms are very large, modern and clean. The staff at this hotel are friendly and helpful. The restaurant has a nice restaurant with a great buffet breakfast. This hotel is in a great location and very close to the convention centre. It is also connected by an air conditioned walk way to the... More

The location is unquestionable good especially if for this trip which was meant to visit AQUARIA. Hotel staff were friendly and polite especially at the cafe. Even my kidz wanted to stay again at the hotel because of the friendliness of the staffs at the cafe. Reccomended to all and would definately stay again if given the choice.

I have been there twice on January 2012. Me and my firnd had a double room. There are different types of double room and in case you have got double room on swimming pool floor it is very poor quality, better choose another one. Location is great for tourusts, it is right in the center of city, near Petronas tower.... More

We stayed here for two nights for a wedding - the rooms were a little tired but perfectly acceptable, large and comfortable beds, decent bathrooms - we didn't have a very interesting view though. This staff at this hotel were very helpful and attentive, the hotel bar was good for the wedding party to go to for pre and post... More

I stayed in the Impiana on a short-notice business trip by default: the Mandarin Oriental Hotel was full. I had never heard of it before. However, I was pleasantly surprised. Fabulously central location, virtually the same location as the Mandarin Hotel, good value, clean and modern room. Good food. If you are looking for a no-nonsense four star hotel, centrally... More

Stayed with my husband for 3 nights on 21 April 2012, in the deluxe king room 915. Check in took 5-10 minutes, but did not receive any welcome drink. Nevertheless, was very happy with the room, good sized bed, very clean, nice view of the skyline. Pleasantly surprised with little details like the pillow menu, shoe expanders (yes, for the... More

I could not book the hotels I usually stay because our company cut on t&e budgets so this hotel was offered and as I had never heard of it before so I was curious what to expect. When I arrived and saw the front I still thought that it looks unimpressive but when I left the taxi and the staff... More

We stayed in late March 2012. Great location, with partial view of the Petronius Tower's from the infinity pool - magnificent at night. The staff were courteous and nothing was too much trouble, even though they were undergoing renovations out the front. Breakfast's were a delight and I got to try a Century egg (for the first and probably the... More

We stayed for 2 nights in April 2012. The room faced the Petronius and pool and was quite large. Service was impecible and the pillow choice made it even better. The restaurant strip is just around the corner, convention centre and Petronius centres just across the road and a short 5 minute walk. I would recommend this hotel for a... More
