This hotel is not a 5 stars hotel as claimed. Rather a standard 4 stars hotel. I booked 2 non-smoking rooms with twin bed on 21 Oct 2006 but was given a king size bed when check-in. But was given a change after complaining. Was later given 1 room in non-smoking room while the other in a smoking room.

I stayed in this hotel last year in January and was well impressed with this hotel.
This is a massive but lovely city hotel.
It's very close to the shopping area.
Rooms are very nicely done... modern in style. Very clean overall. Reception were lovely... they had bowls of fresh green apples every day for guests to pick up on...
