we visited this hotel in may 2013.our experience was not very good with the hotel.this hotel is far from the main kuala lumpur city.there were small cockroach all over the room, and some big ones in the bathroom.all tour operators from india seem to book this hotel and this results in 100% occupancy during the peak seasons.this also meant elevator problems... The room looks really old and outdated. A renovation seems to be needed urgently to give the hotel a new facelift. I only saw one cockroach in the basin over the three days I stayed here. There is a bathtub that I did not use as it again looks old and worn. The shower head needs to be replaced as... More

Can't believe that when I arrived at lobby and checked in, I was told to carry luggage on my own since the bell boy wasn't avail. I was offered a stinky room to which I got changed. The changed room had cockroaches on the bed, so they changed it for the third time. The only reason I could not quit... More

After spending 5 years as an ex pat in Malaysia, and living right opposite the Hotel,i will try to give an accurate appraisal of the establishment.Situated on the old klang road, approx 45 minutes drive from KLC (traffic permitting). The hotel itself is spacious and well airconditioned. The dining area is on the ground floor and produces reasonable quality food and beverages. It is... I see couple of negatives pointed in previous comments. I, with my family stayed here for two days. I felt this is a good and safe place for family staying. Yes, there were few small bugs in the bath room, but not a big issue. In reception, I found staffs were helpful and sometimes appear like they have ego, but... More

Very good location ,well maintained property, beautiful view from all sides, real pleasure stay ..One thing to note is that the hotel seems to always be full of tourist, so breakfast could be a 'full' affair.I have stayed in Pearl International Hotel recently for two days, i.e., on27th and 28th December 2012. It has nice, airy and clean rooms. That... More

I have stayed in Pearl International Hotel recently for two days, i.e., on 6th and 8th December 2012. It has nice, airy and clean rooms. That we did not have to contact any house keeping or reception staff for any facility is adequate proof that the staff there prepare the rooms quite well for the guests. I have only two... More
