Stayed here for two nights to experience the lower category 4-star YTL hotel. Must say it was a big disappointment as it does not reflect YTL standards. A comfortable hotel to stay in. Centrally located, well connected. A lovely view of the KL Tower from our window. Although you can hear the LRT, it is not as disturbing as we had feared. Hotel vistana was quite a disappointment. We stayed there for 2 nights in fel 2012 and was really disappointed with the services they offer. Rooms are decent, however there are better options in the city.

its a nice hotel with a metro station on walking distance. a nice shopping mall ''the mall'' is nearby. a few adjacent restaurants, indian restaurant too. a tall building. its centrally located and very well connected. overall a nice place to stay

We made a last minute reservation during sep 2010 it's a good hotel with all the necessities....the rooms had all the basic essentials ....nothing to complain about...it was a pleasant stay as I can remember the staff were obliging and helpful.it's located a little away from the city centre.
