2 of us driving in separate car were picking up our friends (booked 3 rooms) from the hotel. We parked at the basement and later on get my friends to help to get the parking fees waived since they are staying there and the parking is damn expensive. Once we are leaving the basement parking, the manager in suit running... More

Booked a family room this time, room was nice so-so but only 1 bathroom available. so imagine my whole family have to take turns and wait to shower. housekeeping was really dreadful. need to call them 3-4 times just to get an iron delivered. one of the electric point was... Our stay was a bit disappointing as hotel was not as we expected. Me and my 6 friends stayed here for 2 nights. We have picked double non smoking room. When we entered the room it stank of cigarette smoke ( I am smoker myself, but not a fan of smoking in the room I'm sleeping ). The window in the... More

I have been staying in this hotel since 2005. Most of the reviews on Swiss Garden Hotel are very negative about it, I do agree with them but it was OK in mid 2000. Location wise, it is one of the best in Bukit Bintang area. Since 2011, its sister hotel called Swiss Garden Residence has been operational, it is... More

Location no doubt is near Jalan Bukit Bintang. Room furniture was old, bed was a bit hard, room is about 28 square feet. If you need car park, you will need to charge RM10 per night per entry. Not worth to stay there with charge car park if you are driving. And to me it is over price for old... More

The lobby and cafe on the ground floor of this hotel looked very welcoming. The picture shown at reception of the bedroom really inviting - however, the reality of the actual room was nothing like it. Dark and dingy with wallpaper starting to come away from the walls, marks on the ceiling!? - just a depressing experience - a shame... More

Good Bits Hotel, what we saw of it was OK. Room 2 bedroom room was great very clean and comfortable. Bad Bits Car park very tight and no lifts, make sure your parking is validated as it is expensive otherwise. Room service menu, diabolical and the staff in the restaurant that provides it unhelpful. Family rooms available but no family/children... More

This is a bad hotel in an ugly building in a poor location. Avoid! My decrepit and smelly room was listed as "deluxe"...and, although a change was requested, the second accommodation was hardly any better. The hotel's plumbing is particularly atrocious. A disgrace.

Short answer is this hotel failed to meet our expectations. 1/ Beds rock hard 2/Rooms very noisy , could hear the person in the room above going to the toilet. Lots of noises throughout the night 3/ Not value for money The only positive was i like the hand made Roti for breakfast..
