It was great staying at this hotel. Nice boutique hotel with great staff. I loved everything about this hotel, starting from breakfast, arrangements of room, location and yes lion logos everywhere. I heard that Ritz Carlton people are best in training their staff and one can see the hospitality there.

Stayed for two nights. Start to finish the service was great. Little snacks and treats always are being sent to the room. Breakfeast was very good in the hotel and high tea was very nice. Room was clean and large. Hotel does not have much of a view but still a great spot.

Everything was very very good; but that is what you can expect from a Ritz Carlton. Only thing is that there wasn't wifi in the room; it was however available in the lobby (free). Breakfast is just fantastic.

I love this place. The genuine warmth and care that the people here gave me was amazing. I do not think there are any other hotels in Kuala Lumpur or Malaysia that can beat this level of service.
