The bathroom was filthy with red marks on floor and toilet. I had to call housekeeping 3 times and threatened to post picture online before the manager came to examine my bathroom. Even after sending housekeeping to clean it, I discover more brown stains on the sink. In addition there were shoe marks on my bed linen under my comforter!... More

I stayed here for two nights on my way to the other sister Shangri La resort Penang, from the pick up at airport through the elegant professional check in to the nice touch of decorating our suite as we were in our honeymoon up to checking us out was a totally enjoyable elegant experience.
