We spent 9 night at The Grand Millennium, Executive Club and it was fantastic. Hotel is close to all shopping, and restaurants. Checking in was easy and quick, the same with check out. “Old Style,Poorly furnished”

The only positive about this hotel is its location(within the heart of the shopping district) in KL. The breakfast rooms were overcrowded.Poor customer service and though the hotel claims of recent refurbishment(of rooms), it still lags behind its peers(in the same locality).Would definitely not want to stay again.....

Shopping malls are within walking distance. It is located next to Pavillion. Rooms are big and comfy. The food is nice. Staffs are friendly. Wi-fi is provided. Can't say anything except give this hotel a try!

the check in was handled very efficiently, we asked for a quite room which were given. the room was very clean, the bathroom very spacious with very good products. the only thing i really hate is the fact soap has been replaced with bodywash or bodyscrub, but i find that most of the cleaning staff will change it for me....
