Firstly, the room is rather dated but clean. Secondly, the location is good for both public transportation; walking distance to Bandaraya & Sultan Ismail Starline train, and those who drives their own car. However, the highlight of this hotel is the dim sum they serve at the Chinese Restaurant; delicious and reasonable priced, and for those looking for halal dim... More

Stayed here with husband and two children twice, once on the way to Europe and again on our return leg. First stay, check in staff fantastic and let us check in at 6am at no extra cost. Room fair, two double beds. Bathroom very average. But for the cost it was fair. My kids enjoyed the pool although there was... More

The breakfast is the only thing that I can truly say was any good about this hotel. The staff behind the desk struggled to understand that we were checking in and how many rooms etc we had booked. Then they gave one of our party a room which was already occupied!!! which wasn't realised until they walked into the room... More

stayed here for a couple of weeks and i must say this hotel is a great place to stay. very near train stations and community shops. they also have a 24-hour restaurant, so you won't ever be hungry if you are the stay-at-room type of guy. there is a grilled seafood buffet in the lobby during fridays and saturdays and... an old hotel. Nothing impressive. tiny rooms. if you are unlucky like us, room is linked to another who happen to have a big noisy family. too expensive internet fee(we went to Sungei Wang Plaza for internet). Big spread of breakfast, delicious fried noodles.

Booked this hotel through wotif mystery deal as i have had good experiences with them. However, this has made me lose confidence in the site. the room i got was disgusting to say the least. The bedsheets had stains, there was congealed hair on the bed post and fridge was in bad shape. Please do not book if you your... More

We had booked out the best room for valentines and were surprised by cockroaches and water bottles half drunk from previous guests. The mini bar contained nothing but coke and sprite... no alcohol! The internet is not free, nor do the T.V's have satelite. BUT... they did allow us to move rooms. The following morning we were told to check... More

We stayed here as part of tour going in and out of SE asia in January. The hotel is in sad shape and rooms need refurbishing badly. We (and others) had cockroaches running around the room, outrageous prices for a beer ($7.69 for a warm Carlsberg), poor breakfast bar, for one of the group there was no A/C. Staff difficult... More
