Hotel staff were friendly. Room was clean especially the bathroom. Amenities were basic and the electric kettle was not working. The food and the cafe for breakfast which was included in the room rate was lacking though we did not expect much.

Every shopping mall is at a walking distance, which is great. That, and everything just went downhill. The air-conditioner wasn't able to cool the room despite its small size! the hotel is located in the bukit bintang area. it is only 5 min walk to bukit bintang monorail and lot 10 shopping center is just across the street. if you turn left from the hotel and walk for about 100 m you will find the modern shopping mall 'pavillion'. pizza hut and indonesian restaurant 'sari ratu' are in the... Good location, right in the middle of bukit bintang shopping area. We stayed in the family room facing the main street, the room wasn't completely soundproof so you could hear all the cars honking, not suitable if you're looking for a good night sleep.
