The 5 Elements is ideally located in Chinatown. Stayed on the 13th floor, room was OK. Tipping cleaners with a few RM is smart move. Breakfast included was vey different from the usual bacon and eggs, Grateful for the noodles as carbs were needed for the taekwondo training seminars I was attending. Chinatown in KL is quite a place, at... More

Well, I`m not very demanding, so I`ve never thaught that any hotel will deserve for one from me. The 5 element did. I don`t know how "elements rooms" look like but standard room was small, dirty and extremly run-down. The washbasin was broken, wardrobe doors - scratched. Breakfast was poor and really tasteless. Sometimes people had to wait for plates... More

Our friends and my family decided that we would like to stay one night right near Chinatown in KL on our return from an amazing stay at Melacca. Both families have travelled extensively. In fact, my family stayed in a one star hotel in Nice which was both central and very clean and comfortable. I rated this hotel very high.... More

Dirty linen and sheets . Smell is dreadful and uninviting. Male staff at reception was very not interested . We checked out and went else where. Never again

A corner room on the 10th floor and above will get you the best views around. Make sure you specify a non-smoking floor if you dont smoke. We have stayed here a few times now and am overall happy because of location, views and stacks of natural light. Some of the linen and mattresses can certainly be replaced and dont... More

This hotel is located in the centre of China Town but some taxi won't go in because of certain time where the road close. This hotel could be good if wisely maintained and carefully chosen hotel staff. We stayed there many times, we found that recent trip the housekeeping is getting slack and the service we are getting was unreliable... More

We found this to be a decent hotel, nothing special, we had a seperiour room which had great views over the KL skyline. The room was decent enough but a bit tired looking around the edges. Breakfast was a buffet style and not to bad, but don't expect European style breakfast, you are in Asian after all! Great location in... More

This hotel could be a good 4 star hotel but...... it is not clean , the windows of the rooms are dirty, the floor of the room is not realy clean. The sheets on the bed do not have a white color but look like they are never washed, and have dirty spots on it. The aircondition is very noisy,... More

We stayed at the hotel over the Christmas holidays. It was not too bad actually. Check in was fast and the guy at the check in counter, I think his name is Karl, was very friendly. We booked 2 Elements Superior Twin rooms. When we went up to our rooms, housekeeping was still there, apparently waiting for the towels and... More

Bed bugs inside the pillow and bed...got bed bug bites during 1st... More
