NO LIFT!! our room is on the 3rd floor and we have to walk up the stairs.. the air con cant be controlled! the bathroom are sooooooo not clean

Front desk service sub standard,bed look dirty,carbinet broken,wall light tilted,exhaust fan wire exposed,hair found inside the tub,telephone not working at all and ceiling lots of stain mark.
