stay away...... i could not believe my eye's when i opened the door to our room. We arrived at 12am and that is the only reason why i stayed. I checked out at 7am and found a hostel which was only £6.00 per night rather then the £75.00 i paid to stay here. A cheap hostel is cleaner and comfortable.... More

Stay several times and always found the staff to be pleasant, polite, friendly and very efficient. The rooms are adequate for their purpose and the restaurant up to par with it's menu. The buffet breakfast however, could do with a bit of imagination.

The Puduraya is very well located above the bus station so it was very convenient for us given that we were staying only for a few days and leaving on a bus. The noise from the bus station doesn't affect the hotel, but the rooms are dirty. We had to change rooms because of a leak on the room that... More

The hotel frontline staff lacks minimum courtesy; They are not at all helpful; i had experienced very very bad behaviour, i tried to speak hotel manager ms janet , but the staff was not allowing me to speak to her. I would not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel
