We had the most amazing time with our children at your hotel. The staff were polite and many understood English, we felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. Wish we could of stayed longer. Very child friendly, very close to food, supermarkets, train, universal studio- great location. Room size was massive too!!

Overall this is a good hotel and our stay was quite pleasant. The hotel staff was very helpful even though we did not speak much Japanese. A great hotel : nice design, very good bed, easy to access to Osaka by train, and wonderful view to Universal Studios. The elevator is amazing : looks like an aquarium ! The place is very quiet. There is an internet access by cable.
