We stayed as a family of 4 for 2 nights at the end of 2 weeks in Japan. We had booked a double and twin before we left Australia, and confirmed our booking when in Japan. We had been clear that we were a family of 2 parents and two primary school age kids, and wanted adjoining rooms. On arrival... More

Hotel is near to train station - about 10 minutes walk. Nearby has 2 family marts which are very convenient. Staff cannot speak much English but very helpful. Room was clean and spacious. No free Internet. Recommended to those with average budget.

They have great service, i must admit. With our (my) mega-sized luggage bags taking up the majority of the space in the room, it is pretty difficult to make up the beds. But that is what indeed happened. We always came back to perfectly made beds among the chaos that was our (my) stuff. Only thing was that with 3... More

We liked it so much, we event went there twice. The first time we were in a very small but nice room, the second time we had a twin bed room with more space. It was very clean, staff nice (even though with not so many English skills) and it's very convenient to have the railway station with all the... More

location---Very convenient, just nearby Shin Osaka station, where you need to use if you take a bullet train in Osaka. noice--the room I stayed at had thin walls. I heard noices at night from the hall. cleanness--it's clean enough. Floor----my room had all fake wood flooring and it was a little chilly to my feet. Breakfast--okay. Japanese style plus a... More

We chose this hotel due to it's proximity to the Shin Osaka JR shinkansen station. Also because availability was very limited during our visit due to many festivals. The location was great for us, as we were mainly visiting Kyoto, which was only 15 minutes away by train. The hotel is a little on the tacky side, but o.k. for... More

I chose this hotel because of its location and because nearly all other hotels were already booked. The location is extremely convenient if you arrive via shinkansen. The hotel was right across the street from the east exit (don't be sketched out by the appearance, it's nicer inside), which now has a functioning elevator. After ditching your bags, it's easy... Me and my partner stayed for three nights in the Shin-Osaka Hotel, the room was roomy with two big sized twin beds , no wardrobe for hanging clother but coat hangers and hooks on the wall. . It is in a very good location just being opposite the Shinkenshen JR station(the reason we booked here) Not too many staff spoke... More

I was looking for a cheap, safe hotel near Shin-Osaka train station and this fit the bill. As noted by other reviewers you need to take the East exit from the train station - in May '09 this was undergoing renovation, and there are a lot of steps to take with a suitcase. To get back in, I went under... More

Located close to the east exit of the hotel, but beware there are two east exits- take the larger one and it is literally across the road. Basically it is just your average business hotel, with bathroom, clean bed, desk and a tiny amount of space left over. This hotel is probably more dated than other hotels we stayed in,... More
