I stay in this hotel 3 times. All their staff can speak in English, services no complain, and the room is pretty good. If you plan to travel to another county, like Kobe or Kyoto, this hotel is convenience.

My King Deluxe room was on the twenty eighth floor, which is totally non-smoking, and is just two floors below executive level. So so so dissapointed in this hotel. When we arrived (5 adults and 3 children under 3) we were completely ignored by the staff. We are Hilton Honors members, but I would stay here even without the membership! This hotel is absolutely wonderful. The staff is very accommodating. They speak English. They will help Westerners any way they can. (Side note: this culture finds tipping offensive, so do not hand your bellman any money!) As for the location, this propery is very centrally located.... In today's world most hotels would offer you free wifi. It's not that much no as a tourist it's a serious problem getting access to wifi. So I would believe your hotel should. This hotel is in a perfect location, especially for short business trips. Close to Osaka station and many amenities, it is perfect for stays less than a week.
