I stay in this hotel 3 times. All their staff can speak in English, services no complain, and the room is pretty good. If you plan to travel to another county, like Kobe or Kyoto, this hotel is convenience.

We are Hilton Honors members, but I would stay here even without the membership! This hotel is absolutely wonderful. The staff is very accommodating. They speak English. They will help Westerners any way they can. (Side note: this culture finds tipping offensive, so do not hand your bellman any money!)
