We had a 3 night stay at the Chinsun Hotel & being close to train/subway found it a great location to base ourselves for exploring Osaka & regions. Bedroom had a faint smell of cigarette smoke but not enough to warrant a change. Room was clean & well presented, staff were helpful, plenty of shops in area to purchase necessities.

Whenever I had my Japan trip to Osaka I would choose Chisun hotel due to the reasonable hotel rate and direct station to Shinkansen train and Kansai Airport train.The hotel was about 8mins walk from JR main exit. My experience with Chisun was very pleasant. Their staff was all accomodating and welcoming. Their rooms as well as the other parts of the hotel were clean. I would, however, recommend that coffee be served in the morning to complete the nice stay at the hotel.

Close to 3 railway station.(Shinkansen, Kyoto-Line, Midosuji Subway)

The room is a bit worn, with scratched walls showing its age. Nevertheless, it's clean like the rest of Japan. The hotel is within walking distance of the Shin-Osaka bullet trains and subway line to the north. The facilities are little bit aged. But it's true value is the really excellent breakfast. Variety of Japanese meals including Osaka specialty are served in a buffet style. Total number of the variation is even better than higher class city hotels. Also, workers are smart and friendly.

The rooms are standard Japanese rooms-small. However the price of this hotel was extremely low in comparison to other places I've stayed at in Japan, perfect for the budget traveller. It's only a short walk to the Shin-Osaka station.

Staff speak great English and couldnt be more helpful. Yes rooms are small but hardly a concern when travelling and fairly typical for Japan as a whole. Some great restaurants nearby and heaps of convenience stores. Fantastic location just outside the station where the Shinkansen comes in.
